International course designer and Olympic eventer Ian Stark is to chair this year's International Eventing Forum, which takes place in Gloucestershire next week.

The theme of the forum, which is in its seventh year, is "Risky Business". The day starts at 10am at Hartpury College on Monday, February 7.
Five sessions will be held throughout the day, each with world-class experts in their field.
Eventing rider William Fox-Pitt and his wife, Alice, will talk about "Nature or Nurture": looking at whether natural or trained ability is more desirable to reduce the risks in eventing.
Dressage guru Ferdi Eilberg's session is "Risk the 9", whereby from a sound foundation, a rider can 'attack' a dressage test - to risk the 9.
Di Boddy and Maria Gretzner look at "Mind Games": How can riders make sure they have 'done their homework' so that they can 'beat' the show jumping course designer, and minimise the risk of expensive mistakes.
FEI Veterinary Director Graeme Cooke's session will focus on working together for no positive doping results, and British Eventing's Safety Committee chairman Jonathan Chapman will give an update of the committee's work.
Wrapping up the forum is a presentation Eric Smiley, who has represented Ireland at European Championships and the World Equestrian Games and was selected on four Olympic Teams. Smiley is also a Fellow of the British Horse Society and an FEI International Judge. His topic is "Who owns the risk", and looks at the independent and joint responsibilities of the horse/rider partnership.
